Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Products will arrive in bud, or with fewer open flowers than pictured. This is to avoid damage during delivery and to give the maximum period of flowering in the home

Roses lasted well, I selected that the flowers should arrive on Valentine’s Day, however I only subsequently learned that this could be any time up to 9.30 pm on the day. They turned up late afternoon, so doghouse for me all morning!

Allowing for the delivery charge I found this bouquet to be poor value compared to other retailers, particularly as several of the stems were rather tired and did not last very long.

Arrived well packaged, but it was obvious upon opening that the quality wasn't good as there were already petals that had started to go brown on the edges. Followed care instructions and they lasted only a few days before they looked terrible and had to be thrown. We've had cheap supermarket roses that have looked much better and last a long time.
