Denim Maxi Skirt

Great fabric and fit, true dark blue colour and long length

Lovely fit and style. Fabric is heavy. Lovely length too. Im 5"10. Its just falls above my ankles.

I love this skirt and wish I could find one that didn’t have a tailoring flaw. The first one I had bought after trying it on in store. When I got home I realised the back area had too much material on the right-hand side under the waist band. This left the material looking crinkled in that area and it’s very noticeable. I have since tried to order two more: 1) the second one had a flaw down the centre seam on the back. The fabric on the right side wasn’t held tight enough when sewn and so the material on the right side crinkles all the way down. Very noticeable when I tried it on (I returned this). 2) the third one wasn’t tailored consistently to the cut of this skirt design and so sits oddly all the way down the hips and legs. (I returned this.) I then bought another from the store and this one has a slightly wider waist, and is not tailored equally down the sides (so one side looks bigger when worn than the other). My choice is to keep the first one I bought and hope that people only ever look at me from the front onwards, or to keep the last one and tailor the sides myself to make them even. For the price, I shouldn’t be deciding between this!

Lovely thick denim. It’s definitely maxi in length and looks great with low heeled boots. The skirt has a very slimming style to it too

Beautiful denim skirt. Bought slightly larger size to allow for almost ankle length. Looks great dresses up or down. I love Autograph pieces and get so much wear out of each one.

I returned this as it was too long and I didn't like the material. It had a bit of velvety nap, and reminded me of a sofa.

Lovely skirt, heavy denim but..I do wish you had offered petite, I have paid £15 to have it shortened.

Super comfy, the bit of stretch really makes the difference and split just right so feel able to wear to work.

I originally ordered this maxi skirt a few months ago in the 'ocean' colour. Whilst very nice and a great fit (I'm bigger than a 10 but not quite a 12), I opted to return it for a shorter, midi skirt as that was more what I wanted for spring/summer. Now we're coming into autumn, I ordered this maxi skirt again but in the 'dark indigo'. I assumed it would fit perfectly as I ordered the same size (12) as before but it was a bit tight (more like a 10) although looked good on. I ordered it again in the same size but this time it's a bit big and doesn't look as good but is more comfortable than the first one. It's a lovely soft fabric, great depth of colour, and comes to my ankles (I'm 5ft 8) but in a quandary as to what to do as neither fit quite how I want them to.

I recently purchased this lovely cool and comfy skirt. Very happy with it.

So comfortable. Slightly stretchy. A little on the long side but manageable at 5ft 6. Will definitely be wearing it throughout the autumn and winter.
