Did not fit.
I have these shorts in black size 18, and they're a great fit, so purchased a pair in denim. The sizing was completely different,....no way were these going to fasten! There was a complete 1 size difference. Sadly returned.

I found the 14 too neat(usual size), so went for 16. These are for daily hacking around while on hols, so had to be comfortable . Which they are, mainly cotton with 1% elastic surprisingly soft and flexible.

Inconsistent fit in different colours

I loved the feel of these shorts in terms of the leg coverage, comfort and colour. The black shorts fit me perfectly, with enough room to sit down and move about, as jeans can be quite stiff. What's annoying is that the same jeans in dark blue were way too tight. I'm curvy, so I assumed the same jeans in different colours would fit the same, but that's not the case. Not enough stretch around the hips and tummy. Way too tight unfortunately. Wish there was consistency so I could have multiple colours, but for now, I love the black!
