Smells lovely. Does it work? I guess it depends upon the individual; if you believe it will, give it a go. I’m a no-nonsense Yorkshirewoman who is not inclined to “woo woo” cures but it seems to help me drift off. Make of that what you will!

Fabulous fragrance
I love the fragrance. I have sleep apnoea and use medical equipment at night. I can spray this mist into the filter and it makes a world of difference to the experience.

I’ve used this before and found it to be effective. I often have trouble sleeping and this product is soothing and helps me to relax. It’s expensive but, as long as it isn’t used copiously, which isn’t necessary, it lasts a long time.
