Cotton Rich Boxy Short Jacket

First Class Jaeger Ivory outfit, light weight jacket and trousers. However, M&S mail order packaging absolutely appalling.

I returned the jacket because of the fit. Sleeves were too long. It had been poorly packaged so I had to hang it for a day or two. I've given it 4 stars because the quality was good. I did want the trousers in order to create an outfit but they weren't available in my size.

I bought this perfect Jaegar jacket (in cream) for a summer wedding. The jacket is ideal, though the arms are longer than the one I tried on in store a few days before. I fully support the reduced packaging approach taken by M&S and am happy to carry re-usable bags. However, this jacked was given to me in such a crumpled state that I now have 2 choices; a) return it and hope my size is in store, or b) see if the dry cleaner can steam the creases out of it, and if not, I can't return it.
