Not good
No, I don't recommend this
This bra was very dissapointing size wise. My size has not changed if anything having lost 2 stone the bra should have been big, but actually I wore it for a day it was so uncomfortable when i yook it off I measured the cups against one of my older M & S bra and the cups were smaller. Clearly you have changed your sizing.
