I've been waiting patiently to write a review on this coat. Some people have said it was badly creased when they reviewed theirs,but the creases soon fell out, and there wasn't that many anyways. Fits true to size. Covers my portly frame perfectly. Lightweight and stylish. Waterproof ,and the hood and peak,cover my face well. The hood is not detachable,which is not a bad thing as the weather in south Wales is so unpredictable,who wants to forget the hood. I am delighted with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this coat .

Really pleased with this jacket. It is smart and light weight. I bought a size 12 ,which is usually a perfect fit but this jacket does come up quite big I think a size 10 would probably have been fine.

A super quality coat with good pockets. A suitable coat for spring weather with room for a light jumper underneath. I found the top half of the coat fitted my short frame well whereas a taller person may find it too short. Hence 4 stars.

Smart and great quality.
Great quality. Lovely cotton raincoat. Just what I wanted. Purchased a size 8 and still very roomy. Usually a size 10. It's so smart looking. But I've ordered other brands of coats and sizing is a big problem lately. But thank goodness there's no problem returning items with Marks and Spencer.

Loved the size and shape, plus the fact it is cotton . I really appreciated that the size is as promised since I have lost count of coats I have had to return due to having up-sized or not up- sized enough. This is big enough for a cardigan underneath in cooler weather, is a nice neutral colour which goes with anything and can pull in at the waist so not too baggy. I am tall with long arms so also really pleased with the sleeve length. This is the first time I have bought a Joules coat, but judging by this, it won’t be the last so thanks to M&S for giving me the chance

Love my new hooded waterproof jacket. Certainly getting well used at the moment. I’m 5’1 a size 12 and it’s a perfect fit. A little bit longer than a jacket which covers my hips/bottom. It’s a loose fit but has drawstrings that can give it more shape. Would definitely recommend.

The coat itself is OK, I wanted a waterproof one that didn’t feel plasticky and it fits that bill. However the gold zip and other bits look really cheap and nasty so I’ve sent it back.
