This was a very generous fit for our deep king size mattress. Could have bought just the deep rather than extra deep but kept this as it might shrink in the wash. There was one issue - the sheet had a small cut - as in from scissors or a blade. It was only about 15mm long so instead of taking it back as I had already put it on the bed I just sewed it up. Still slightly annoying though.
