Bought the calico - very versatile colour. I team it with a white T shirt or linen shirt. Normally a size 10 but the 8 fits well. I have very slim legs & thighs so am pleased that these don't "gape". They are a "decent" length - not long & fuddy duddy and not short and "teenage" looking. I wear them rolled up once as the slightly shorter length suits me better. All in all, very happy with these. Smart enough for a holiday restaurant lunch. Incredibly practical with great pockets. Shame all sold out now online or I would buy another pair.

Fit is good although appearance looks as though they have been well worn. Too short for a 70+ lady so had to return.

Bought these in a 14 but was pleased to find I needed a 12. Not sure if I am a 12 as I wear a 14 in the Siena jeans but I’ll take it! They are well cut, a great length on 5’3 me, and I’ve already worn them a lot. Bought a pair in another colour too. Great for holidays and for home.

Lovely looking shorts which were a good fit. The only negative for me was that I would have preferred them to be an inch longer. I have, however, still kept them as they are a good neutral colour and I do have difficulty in finding good fitting shorts.

Good length and style
Bought for a walking holiday in Italy. Like the length, not too short. Material is not to thick, should be good for walk in sun. I tried them on straight from packaging- not too creased so should travel in luggage ok. Don’t want to iron on holiday.

Hooray a pair that fit comfortably and flattering for a a grandma at 69! Lovely cool feel to the fabric, useful pockets that don’t bulge or spoil the flattering shape. Nice loose legs , an overall winner. I bought pale blue and would love it if there was a pale pink available too.
