Cork Mule Slippers

Bought for a Christmas present. A little worried about the comfort although the person for whom these were bought likes a firm rather than slipper so hope for the best.

I've never been a big fan of those soft soled slippers, I've never felt safe in them so thought I'd give these a whirl and I'm so glad I did, they're a good solid slipper and best of all I can nip outdoors in them. I came on today to order another pair but sold out of my size...Gutted !

Love these! I can't do completely flat footwear and these are fab for me as they have a slightly raised cork sole with a little arch support. They are toasty and comfy and I forget I'm wearing them till I take them off and feel the difference! The cork sole did feel a tad "stiff" at first but soon moulded to my foot.

So comfy I'm going to buy another pair!

These looked to be just what I wanted. Unfortunately when they arrived (very promptly) glue seemed to have seeped through onto the sheepskin lining to create a very sharp internal ridge. This resulted in the mules being extremely uncomfortable particularly with bare feet. The design and fit were good so I tried re-ordering a second pair. Sadly as these too had a nasty rough internal seam I've had to abandon this option.

I love the look of this Slippers but when i got it and try them on it was slightly too tight for my feet (I always UK6 and fit most of the shoes). The sole bit look very comfy but honestly it not that soft, the fur sole bit on the side is got the hard bit of glue left on the fur so i have to cut it off and some bit is slip off from the cork. I have to put super glue on after i put on the first day. Still love the style and it is warm.

The soles of the slippers are very small compared to rest of the slipper - it feels like you are balancing on geisha sandals - not great!

I'm not a fan of 'Mumsy' looking slippers. These look quite cool, and are comfy and warm too, but suitable for wearing outside if needed.

These slippers look nice however there is a hard ridge inside the slipper upper which presses into the foot when the pile flattens. Can't fathom why this is there as these slippers are really nice - what a disappointment!

I like the simplicity of these. It's taken ages to find slippers that are reasonably robust but not cluttered with fussy details. I like the soles to be durable too, so they don't fall apart quickly, however the soles of these do feel a bit rigid. Oh and they're nice and warm too. Overall very pleased with them.

These slippers are great. I'm 6.5 so went for the size 6 as they don't come in half sizes, they felt a bit strange the first hour of wearing, but there really comfy now and don't slip off. They are well made, I think they look nice and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Warm, comfortable and lovely design, will buy them again.
