Care instructions
Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Poor Quality
No, I don't recommend this
Some flowers were already open and past their best, with ‘burnt’ or decaying petals. Others never opened at all. Really poor from M&S. Expect better

Not as good as usual
Whilst most of my previous experience have been excellent, this time I was a little disappointed as the flowers didn’t look as fresh as expected. They seem less vibrant than usual. Hope this was just a one-off as I have always appreciated M&S quality in the past!

No, I don't recommend this
Swift and efficient delivery and we'll packaged as always. Down side, every delivery option of bouquets included roses. What's the problem with this, they never last. Sure enough, 5 days later and they were in the bin. Please vary the range team.

Product Name: Pink Rose & Lily Bouquet When I received the flowers, one of the roses was already wilted. Even after leaving it in water for a day, it still looked droopy and lifeless. In addition, two of the pink lilies had fallen off their stems, and overall the flowers did not appear particularly fresh. I am quite disappointed as this is not the first time I have received flowers of lower quality.

I did not see these flowers personally, the recepitent sent a photo. They were pretty, the roses were beautiful but the lilys were tightly closed by the time they bloom the roses will be dead.

We sent this bouquet to a friend’s daughter to say thank you for her help. Must admit when I was it a few days after she received it, it didn’t look as big as the photo I had seen. She seemed delighted with it though but I was a little disappointed.
