Compressive Flared Leggings

My third pair, they are multi purpose really, yoga, travelling, gym or even a relaxed evening out. So flattering. Quite small sized, I am a size 12 and 5’ 7”, and the large, long are perfect. They wash like a dream.

These Girlfriend Collective Compressive Flare Leggings are very flattering and the fabric is sufficiently thick to get away with wearing them for work or evening. Having no zip creates a nice flat surface for tops, so they're slimming. I bought a black pair and a grey pair a few months ago and have now bought blue and brown. I'm 5ft 8ins and between a UK size 12 and 14 and a bit pear shaped. The large fits perfectly and is the right length with flat shoes or small heels. The flare, if held out with a finger, just reaches the end of my toe and when left to drape, falls around the middle of my foot. When first bought, they do need a bit of a tug over my behind but then give enough compression without compromising on comfort. They work for everything! Gym, yoga, sitting around at home and work or evening. My older pairs have lost a little bit of compression over time, but I have worn them loads and they still fit well. I've had compliments and questions about where I bought them and stocked up during a sale.

These are beautiful, well made flare leggings. The fit around the hips & tummy feels fab; they feel lightly compressive (I bought size M and am UK 10, seems right) and sleek which is very inspiring for movement. I have enjoyed yoga, pilates, dancing in them & a couple of runs (the material is quite thick for warm temperatures). I believe they look very slimming. My only dislike is that they remind me of school uniform trousers with the black sheen… but because I have varicose veins, didn’t want a lighter colour, as they’d be more visible. So a more natural black material of these would be good. Anyway, I will wear them a lot and be motivated to workout: they are an eco-brand, the flare suits my style and they help me feel confident! Runs a little small. No issues returning just took a while. Will be repurchasing one size up. Thinner than expected though.
