Collection Peonies

Purchased for girlfriends birthday to arrive on a Saturday. Got notification that they wouldn't now arrive until the Monday. On the Monday I got notification from the delivery company "Sorry, your parcel is perishable and can no longer be delivered, please contact Marks & Spencer for further details". It should not be for me to contact M&S, M&S should be contacting me! Really poor from M&S.

Absolutely awful quality, some stems simply didn’t open and others collapsed. Sent as a present to my mum who I wasn’t able to see on her birthday. Appreciate peonies can be tricky but please don’t send them whilst obviously not right as causes such disappointment.

Do not waste your money on these flowers! First picture is on day of arrival (26th June) Second and third pictures are 2 days after (28th) Fourth picture is today (2nd July) Really disappointed as I’ve ordered flowers from M&S previously which have been lovely, however these, as you can see, are awful flowers!

I received these from a friend to cheer me up They certainly did that They arrived in a good condition with all buds tightly closed Over the next few days they opened up to reveal the most beautiful blooms and to my surprise they had a lovely fragrance as well I love these flowers. I had never had them before and they are now my favourite flower I have passed on the good vibes of receiving this wonderful surprise by sending them as a gift to my daughter who was as delighted with them as I was Definitely recommend as a gift

Collection Peonies were bought for my wife's birthday and anniversary. Regrettably the flowers died before opening; very poor indeed.

Friend was delighted with beautiful peonies delivered on her birthday.

Bought for a wedding anniversary gift but was really disappointed when they turned brown and died off after two days. Don’t know if this was because of the warm weather. Wouldn’t risk buying any more flowers on line.

These were sent to a friend. She was delighted and sent me a photo of them. Some were in bud and others slightly open. They were very pretty. I am very pleased with them.

Unfortunately these peonies arrived completely withered and without any water for them. They were for my niece's 18th birthday as they are her favourite flowers, but sadly they were not the lovely present for her that I hoped for. It's the first time I've ordered flowers through M&S but even in spring / autumn / winter without any water it's surely likely that flowers delivered to the doorstep (and immediately collected) aren't likely to be in a great state depending on when they left the warehouse. They looked lovely in the photos on the website, but from the photos I was sent of them when they arrived they looked as if they were 2 weeks old. Very sad and disappointed.

My friend loved these peonies.

Bought these for my tenant to raise her spirits at time of lockdown and they were very much appreciated and looked gorgeous!

I was unable to see my friend on her birthday so I sent these flowers instead. They arrived early in the morning which was lovely and she said that they were a really beautiful bouquet. Peonies are some of her favourite flowers so I'm glad I sent them.

Arrived perfectly for all three recipients who all declared peonies their new favourite flowers!

Flowers arrived very dry already. Lasted only few days.
