Collection Mum's Pink Perfection Bouquet

The photo online looked beautiful, so I ordered for Mothers day and took advantage of the £5 off and had them delivered a couple of days early. What a big mistake that was. They did not even come close to looking like the picture, There was less than half of what you see in the picture. They were not even worth £20. Felt very disappointed and let down by Marks and Spencers. Its hard to express how bad I felt when my mother sent me a picture of them. My heart sank.

Bought these flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day, my mum showed me and when I saw them they didn’t look anything like the photo. It was sparse looked like some of the flowers in the picture weren’t all there and the roses were really droopy. Was very upset to see these as I wouldn’t say they were cheap and after a hard year I wanted to get my mum a nice bunch.

Bought for Mother’s Day so haven’t personally seen but mum was pleased with them and still going strong a week later. Only negative was there was no card or message saying who had sent them.

Flowers dying off within a day or so. Would be better off going into the store.

I bought these flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day. They have barely lasted a week. A lot of the roses did not open at all, and the roses that were already opened soon started to drop down and wilt, despite my mum topping them up with water. In the end she took the roses out of the bouquet and is trying to salvage what’s left. I spent £45 on these flowers and overall I’m very disappointed in them.

Ordered for Mother’s Day. Delivery was on time. Bouquet looked very sparse compared to the picture on the website. Even when the rest of the buds opened a few days later it looked nothing like the imagine online. For £45 it was poor value and such a disappointment. I did receive a prompt refund from M&S which I couldn’t fault.
