Collection Fee

This is has to be the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on, by some measure. Neither the seat nor back has any give at all. It is only actually possible to sit on it for a limited period of time, as it is so hard. I realise it is sold at a bargain price. I could not ‘try before you buy’, as I don’t have a car and therefore couldn’t visit a showroom. I assumed that being a Marks and Spencer product, it would at least fulfil the basic function of a sofa, being comfortable to sit on. I could not see any reviews anywhere. I can’t understand how M&S thought anyone would like this sofa. It is not fit for purpose.
