The roses were beautiful. they arrived with the new “no water” packaging and looked very fresh. They were intended to go with the red roses bouquet and together they look stunning. Even in this heat they lasted a week and will last a few more days.

I normally buy the pink avalanche roses but as there was a £5 off offer I decided to try the white. I wish I had stuck with the pink. As the flowers opened, the brown creasing and staining became more visible and soon they were no longer a compliment to my dining table. After a week they had to be binned

The recipient of these flowers was absolutely delighted with them and after a week tells me they are still beautiful. I too received the Avalanche Rose's in pink as a gift for my birthday and was equally as delighted.The flower heads are large the foliage glossy and the stems sturdy. Well worth the cost.

Anniversary disappointment

This bouquet was purchased as an anniversary gift. Sadly the flowers were not of the standard expected fromM&S. Blooms arrived bruised and discoloured. Flowers deteriorated rapidly despite being displayed in cool shaded location only two days after delivery (see pics) Will not be ordering again.

I organised the delivery of these flowers from Australia for a friend in the UK. They were delivered to her first thing in the morning, she was delighted with them and sent me a photo which showed they looked beautifully fresh and and just beginning to bloom. They were a welcome ray of sunshine on a difficult day.

Disappointing

Pictures show the flowers "in Bud" and "in Bloom". Never saw those delivered in my order "In Bud", and the "in Bloom" pictures didn't show any petals with a brown tinge to the edges which were certainly evident on some in my order. 2 days after delivery the majority of the stems are now in a similar state, Not what I expected..

I bought these for my wife on Valentine's day - White roses because she is aYorkshire girl. They were beautiful when they arrived on 14th February and they are even more beautiful today (22nd Feb) with no sign of wilting and fully opened up! You must, must water them everyday because they are very thirsty but they are quite simply perfect. Well done, M&S!! I'll be back again.

Lovely white roses This purchase was quite bizarre as when we unpacked the roses which I gave to my wife for Valentines they were only 11 white roses. However if you look at the picture when you make the purchase there are still only 11 white roses but if you then read the description it states that there are 12 white roses.I raised this query with customer services and they were as baffled as I was.Customer services dealt with it in a professional manner as I would expect them to.
