Fun product, arrived on time and the recipient was pleased with it. I've given 4 stars rather than 5 because the gift card could have been much better presented: it was an oversized printed piece of paper wonkily stuck to a card. Not up to M&S' usual standards.

Sent as a gift to mark a special occasion. Was much appreciated, packaging was beautiful and brownies were apparently delicious. Only thing that could be better to get 5 stars is if they were thicker brownies- they looked quite thin compared to other brownies but were very much enjoyed.

I bought this for my granddaughter who was recovering from surgery. The chocolate was lovely however she had to ask me if I sent her those. The reason because the note that I added was not visible to see. This was disappointing as it was supposed to be a surprise
