Clinique For Men™ Exfoiliating Tonic 200ml

I have just bought a full size of this Tonic but originally got this as a sample with an order of my own skin care products with Clinique, so my Husband was more than happy to give this a try. And he LOVED it. Honestly, my Husband doesn't usually "fall" for skin care products as he thinks most of them are gimmicks or they all do the same thing, so any old thing will work. But not with this stuff. Once his little sample bottle was coming to an end, he sheepishly came to me and said "See the next time you're getting an order from Clinique, could you see if they have any more of that Exfoliating Tonic please? It's really good. I like it". Now....that is a testimony to a great product if my Husband actually wants to purchase the full sized bottle. And it really has made a difference to his skin too. His skin is looking fantastic. I'll probably be making another order soon for the Men's moisturiser.....as that little sample bottle seems to be disappearing quickly too, lol.

My partner has been using this product for the last 6 months and loves it. He needs something to exfoliate because he used to have terrible acne and even now is slightly spot-prone. But this is also gentle enough for his sensitive and dry skin! It is absolutely great and he uses it religiously which is completely unlike him normally!

I have never used CLINIQUE products before - so this is my first product and first review. I bought this in Boots, Leicester - I asked the lady if they have a great exfoliator that would help me prepare my skin for shaving - I have such sensitive skin. She recommended this exfoliator. First use and I was gobsmacked and incredibly surprised how my skin feels! It is smooth and even some of the fine lines under my eyes have disappeared! And both my manual and electric shavers love my skin afterwards too - the blade glides through my skin easily and I do not have ingrowing hairs anymore. This is a superb product! Thank you Clinique. Having used the Men's Clinique range for around 20 years now I discovered they no longer sold 'scuffing lotion 2.5', I was told by the Clinique sales person it was the same and just rebranded to make it easier for us - by that I think she meant male consumers. IT IS DEFFINATLEY NOT THE SAME, different small, different feel on the face, if I had bought this online and not from a Clinique counter I would of said it was counterfeit. It is no where as good as the old formula, after the 2nd go over my face with it, I still had dry flakes of skin on my face which I know the old scruffing lotion 2.5 would of removed. A real shame as the old product was brilliant. If you've just finished your old bottle of scruffing lotion 2.5 like I did, save your money and find a new line of products as this is no comparison to the old stuff!!!!

I have had problems finding products to give a comfortable shave. The scruffing lotion is an ideal pre-shave treatment.

Bought a selection of products for my partner for fathers day, having realised my toner was forever disappearing. He s really happy with the lotion and his.skin looks and feels cleaner and brighter. Happy all round !!!
