Clarifying Lotion 2 - for Dry Combination Skin

This is a lovely lotion to use.I like to use this during the spring/summer months,i can also use the number 2 lotion,but this one had less alchol in it but still gets the dirt out of pores,if you like more of a tingle stick with no2.Clinique lotions are wonderful to use at getting the last traces of makeup/grime of your face,if you feel the lotions are too harsh for you sensitive skin,stick with the extra mild version,you have to shake that one as it has aloe vera in it.

Even after I have washed my face this stuff somehow still seems to get even more dirt and left over makeup off. Leaves my face feeling fresh and clean!

After years in a non-Clinique wilderness, I have returned to the 3 step regime. Menopause, stress and goodness only knows what else have conspired to make my skin flaky, itchy, tight and oh-so-dry. This lotion is restoring it to its former glory, day by day. I'm not giving it up now, or ever.

I had a trial of clarifying lotion 2 and during the summer it was fine, but as the weather changed I found it a little harsh, so I was advised to use claryifying lotion 1. This is much gentler and I really like it.

I always use the 3 step clinique routine on a daily basis, well now i do as previously i never used the clarifying lotion as i thought there wasn't any need and it was just a gimmick, however i thought i would try it and now even after i have had a shower using clinique soap and feeling squeaky clean I now use this and there's always residue on my cotton pad so I use it every day and I have noticed a difference. I have a lot of people saying how good I look for my age and I always say it's because i use clinique . oh and this really lasts a long time and is good value for money

works perfectly, its not harsh on sensitive skin, and leaves your skin feeling clean and spot free

My mum has used this for years and years and bought me my first three step set over ten years ago. I haven't looked back. Love the simplicity and effectiveness. Only improvement I can possibly think of would be if the bottle could have a dispenser of some kind rather than just open bottle - I've had spillage a couple of times! Wonderful, wouldn't want to be without it.

Recently I have changed to No 1 from No 2 and have found it to be much gentler on my slightly drier skin, which seems to have changed over the last year. This product is so gentle I use it morning and night and it really does get pore deep in its cleansing, without leaving my skin dry at all. It is nice to be told by friends that I have great skin and I think this is due to my Clinique routine which not only consists of Clarifying lotion 1, but also take the day off, and a mixture (depending on time of day) of dramatically different moisturiser and Youth Surge Day SPF15 Age Decelerating Moisturizer.

I bought this clarifying lotion with my 3-step as a first products of Clinique nearly 1 year ago. Since then I can't imagine my daily cleansing routine without it. Even used on its own to refresh my skin works brilliantly. Doesn't dry my skin out, helps with impurities and imperfections.Doesn't irritate my eyes. 200mls last over 2 months of everyday use. Really good product.

When I was younger my stepmum used to swear by Clinique and I never really understood why it was so popular until I was given sample sizes of the 3step program. Since then I have never bought another toner, the product smells nice, feels good on my skin and makes my skin feel really rejuvenated. Brilliant product, absolutely love it.

I wasn't too sure whether to take the step and buy this as part of the 3 step routine as it was the 1st time i wAs going to buy a clinique product My skin was getting quite dry as the weather was getting warmer and my normal moisturizer just wasn't doing the job I was amazed what a difference even the first time using the lotion made as it made my skin feel instantly smoother and lighter! I use the intense moisturizer after the very mild facial soap and cleanser and my i have had no problems with dry skin since! It works wonders cleaning my skin and getting rid of dead and dirty skin as it becomes clearly visible on the cotton pad

This toner is really refreshing on your skin. I use it every day after Ive removed my make up and cleansed. It leaves my skin feeling really fresh and clean, and smells great too.

Toning lotion was the always the step I skipped in my routine - with very dry skin I thought it was better to just cleanse and moisturise. But this lotion really helped reduce the flakiness and redness I suffer on around my cheeks. Definitely a difference maker!

Recently discovered my skin is dryer than I had thought, having used step 2 for years. when I initially used this I was quite surprised, as it is so gentle on the skin, I really didnt think it was cleaning as well as step 2, but it certainly is. very happy. No break outs
