These flowers arrived in good condition on time as promised one week on they are in full bloom still looking great

The flowers are few, they were open & over sell by if they had been in a store. A £5 petrol station bouquet would look better. Although sent with great love, it was a sad bouquet

I bought 2 bouquets for the mums at Christmas and was completely underwhelmed and disappointed with both. Not the usual quality I expect from M&S. Looked small and insignificant and worth a lot less than I paid. Sorry M&S, but that is the last time that I purchase flowers from you.

Arrived on time and in good condition but small number of flowers compared to picture online and larger quantity of gold sprayed foliage. Had to add extra myself. Expected more for the money.

Whilst there was nothing particularly wrong with the individual flowers, the overall effect, for the price, seemed quite minimal so I'm glad I didn't buy these for a special occasion.

I have was very disappointed with these flowers I ordered these as a present and was totally discussed And very embarrassed with the flowers despite paying £35 When they arrived I could have pick up the same for £5 from any petrol station they did not in anyway resemble the advertised image I received 6 roses which still have not opened and 3 carnations all the flowers looked half dead I will not be ordering flowers again

Sent this arrangement as a gift to a friend. She was delighted with the arrangement, the colours and the freshness of the flowers. I expressly asked about condition of flowers and she immediately said they were in good condition, very fresh. I have awarded 4 stars as I did not see arrangement myself.

Received as a gift. Disappointing. Not worth the money spent by my relative. As another review says, looks like they were forgotten about at the back of a warehouse. Sorry but not impressed.

I received this bouquet from my son for Christmas today , i am very disappointed as the flowers do not do justice to the picture displayed the freesias only have one head on each stem the rest look rather tired and withered, .not good value for money

This was a Xmas gift to me. The quantity of gold twigs far outweighs the greenery. I’ve looked up the cost & am ashamed to say my friend has wasted her money. Very disappointed. Can’t officially complain as then my friend would know & she would be mortified.
