I have bought Christmas flowers for neighbours over many years now I have to say this is the first one where I have been truly disappointed. I truly believe if you put the pot and flowers which I’ve been sent on the same table as in the photograph it would look nothing like that. I was also very surprised at how small it was. We have had it now for just over a week and it really does look worse for wear, in fact I have to say it really does look quite sorry for itself. So yes I am disappointed. I appreciate it was £25 I wish now I’d spent more money.

I bought the red rose for a friend just before Christmas . She is experienced in looking after plants and followed the instructions for the plant All the leaves have dropped of the plant . I always use M& S for flowers as you will see from my account and I am very disappointed that this has happened Please will you send her another rose to replace The dead rose.
