I haven't used this chopping board yet but think it's ingenious. You use it to chop stuff on and then it neatly folds so you can tip what you've chopped into a saucepan or whatever. Great idea. Sure it will be very handy.

Need good hand strength and to secure the base
Yes, I recommend this
I liked the idea of channelling veg after chopping, particularly cabbage which "goes everywhere". This works but has some aspects like the need to secure the base to use. You will also need good hand strength and dexterity to manoeuvre the board to channel the veg off. That said I'm keeping it but have given a healthy 4 stars. Nice colour (green)

Annoying email deluge

I'm sick of being bombarded with emails about reviewing their products like it's a contractual obligation and emails about other products, despite me unsubscribing many times I still get this crappy deluge. Bought a new ChoptoPot board after having 2 previously but the new surface is very very poor, after just a couple of uses there is heavy scoring on the surface and it already looks dated and old. Wish they hadn't changed it.

A replacement for our old Joseph Joseph chopping board which finally fell apart after nearly 20 years’ use. Really good to have a solid chopping-board again! Good design for pouring chopped veg etc into the compost-bin or the saucepan.

I've now had two of these chopping boards and both have fallen to pieces after a few months. If you are looking for something disposable then fine if you want it to last more than 6 months forget it Very surprised as other Joseph Joseph products I have I would highly recommend, this is clearly very badly designed.
