This is my third pair over the past few years. This pair is comfortable and more bouncy than I remember. Great for long urban walks. My only niggle is the flatter arch and rounder shape at the top of the toes. I did prefer the sleeker Italian shape of the previous design. Otherwise, great value.

Alright but..
Theyre lovely boots but tight fitting to start with but they do stretch after a few wears. My issue is there must be air getting into the heel of the left boot and it makes a noise everytime you walk i wasnt allowed to exchange or refund as they had been worn only for a few hours

Ive ordered these 3 times before but the design has changed. They're still ok but heavier thsn before and slightly less comfortable.

These boots are good value and look great. One fault they are difficult to get on & off because the elastic is so tight. Invest in a shoe horn and problem solved

I’ve been buying these boots for a few years but this year they’ve obviously changed the supplier because the fit is so different. The instep is so high I’m finding it really difficult to get them on. I kept them ( I have the black & blue) because I thought they might get easier but they haven’t, I am really disappointed because I actually love the previous ones but if they are the same next year I will NOT be buying!

Replacement not quite the same

I bought these boots as a replacement for my previous identical M&S pair bought 3 years ago. But they weren’t identical. They are slightly higher & consequently need a shoe horn each time. They are also not as flexible (not just the newness). I deliberately buy non seamed boots to cater for my awkward joint but as these were only available on line not in my local shop I was unable to try them first. I just hope that they do soften up eventually as currently I cannot wear them for more than 30 minutes without discomfort. If the material lasts as well as the last pair I should be okay - but we’ll have to see.

Great for wearing with jeans or jeggings and the blue colour is very nice. As other reviewers have said, they are quite difficult to get on and off as there is no side zip but I think they will loosen up with wear to make it easier. Great purchase for a reasonable price too.

Found these boots very difficult to pull on . They have no zip which didn’t help the problem. When I eventually managed to get them on, when walking for a while they seemed to pinch my toes. Feel I wasted my money as will not be wearing them again

I bought these because I have a similar pair which I got last year and love. Unfortunately I struggled to get my feet into these. I'm only a size 4. My daughter, who's a size 3 couldn't get them on either. Extremely disappointed & returning.
