A friend gifted me this cleanser and I ended up loving it. It foams up nicely, takes makeup off really well, and leaves my skin feeling clean but never tight or dry. I have a mix of oily and dry patches and it somehow works for both. The minty scent is a nice bonus ó super refreshing to use in the morning

I've used this face wash for a number of years after receiving it in a gift set. It cleans very thoroughly but without stripping, and smells lovely too. It doesn't sting your eyes, and although it might seem pricey, you only need a dab to get a frothy face wash.

i bought the travel size first to see what it was like and absolutely loved it. I’ve now bought the larger size you don’t need much, it bubbles up into a nice foam. i find it resets your face if your feeling spotty or skin feels dry it sorts it out skin feels lovely and removed every trace of makeup. worth every penny.

Another product which I first used from a M&S beauty box, and I've continued to buy since! I use approx a small finger nail amount and lather before applying to my face and neck. I've found this product doesn't leave my skin greasy and leaves it beautifully soft and feeling refreshed. Another great product which lasts almost a year.

I have used this cleanser for several years now. It suits my mostly dry skin with just a slightly more oily area round my nose. I haven’t found anything that works any better with my skin cleansing regime .

1 star taken off as I don't think it removes mascara well at all and oh my goodness it stings my eyes really badly! Would buy it again as a basic cleanser but will stick with my balm for removing makeup

I am glad to hear you love the Checks and Balences Frothy Face Wash as much as we do - I think you'd LOVE our Super Spot Remover too it's fab for targeting those nasty sore spots and reducing them to practically nothing - It's my go to for gifting friends who are new to our products!
