This shoe is so cute and comfortable and I just wanted to love them. Unfortunately after the third wear I felt the heel inside the shoe let go and sink when I stepped backwards. This now makes the shoe uncomfortable, especially for any length of time. I'm not really sure what to do with them now since I've worn them a handful of times. So unfortunate.
