Absolutely NOT induction hob compatible

It's incredible that customer care has contradicted an earlier review which correctly observes the pan is unusable when the flat side is placed down on the induction hob, displaying they have no idea of the design of the product. When placing the flat side on the hob, it is IMPOSSIBLE for the surface to make contact with the hob as there is a half inch lip all around. This results in an absolute headache trying to use it on an induction hob, requiring millimetre precision of placement to get the hob to recognise it's there. And forget about even trying to use it on a combi-zone.

The flat side works on an induction hobs as the ridged side has direct contact with the induction hob and can heat it. However the induction hob finds it difficult to heat up the ridge side as only the edges of the flat side have direct contact with the hob.
