Broken......very weak
No, I don't recommend this
Had this set maybe just over a year and have hardly used it. Went to use it and when I pushed down on this occasion the glass shattered and coffee went everywhere including burning me in process. Save your money and give this set a swerve as it represents extremely poor value for money!

Arrived with broken handle
No, I don't recommend this
Was purchased as a gift for my mum and shipped directly with gift messaging. Arrived with packaging intact, but on examination there was a rattle, which it was obvious was a broken handle with it completely separated from the copper bond. Probably a manufacturing flaw, but extremely disappointing that it was shipped out by M&S when it was clearly loose and rattling. Now my 76yr old mother has to make a 15 mile trip to nearest store to manage a refund process. Poor show!
