Serves 2
50ml whisky
3 tbsp Scottish honey
2 cinnamon sticks
Boiling water
Lemon
Whisk your favourite whisky with Scottish honey and divide between two glasses.
Add a cinnamon stick to each glass and top up with boiling water and a squeeze of lemon.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and enjoy!
