Love this skirt to bits, but it shrinks badly. I bought a size 8, which fitted really well, and wore it twice. Washed with other jeans on a 30deg wash, and when it came out it was far too small! I couldn't find the receipt, so have given it to my size 6 daughter. Such a shame as I really loved it... may consider buying it in a 10 on the premise that it might just shrink to an 8, and fit me!

This is my new favourite skirt. Perfect in every way! Length , fit and style are all just right. As I never wear jeans it goes with all my tops So much so I have ordered another one. I bought size 8 ,I am 5ft 3 and a quarter and the length is just right too! I have worn it with tights and bare legs when we have a bit of sun. I feel it makes me look trendy/smart and my husband says so too! Wish M and S would make it the style in more fabrics! Well done M and S for getting this one spot on !!.

I was very pleased wit this skirt. The waist was a little large but that's okay as it sits a bit lower which makes it less short. The skirt is definitely shorter than the picture indicates as I am only 5'4" and it's as short on me as it is on the model. I think all skirts should include the actual length in the description. That said, it looks and feels great.

Very disappointed. Really liked the skirt and the material, shape very good but at least 2" too big on the waist. I always wear size 8 M & S denim jeans but this skirt was way bigger. Another delivery charge wasted and I will trudge down to my local M & S for yet refund due to sizing not being consistent.

Good quality and lovely shape. Material has a slight stretch so fits very well.It is a versatile skirt and would suit young people as a fashion item and more mature ladies who obviously could dress it up in a different way and wear it for a different purpose. This skirt could be worn with a teashirt in the summer or with thick tights and boots on a cold day. I plan to wear for walking the Camino as it looks as well with walking shoes as with summer sandals.

Thought the sizes had gone back to what they should be over the Autumn/winter season and was very happy that size 8 in marks was fitting me again. Seems with this skirt sizing has gone large again. Saw it, liked it, bought it but very disappointed as the sizing is all wrong can pull out at least 2 inches. Please if you are going to make your sizing large offer a size 6! Skirt to be returned.
