Jattic Disappointed with lacck if presentation. Nice soft toy for purchased for a newborn niece. I was very disappointed that it had absolutely no wrapping at all which made it look as if it wasn't new. Even though I gift wrapped it, it didn't look particularly special without a retailers packaging and certainly not up to usual M& S standards. For this reason I would not purchase again.

Langton Lovely rabbit but arrived dirty. Bought this a a gift for my friend's grandaughter when her little brother was born. Beautiful little rabbit but ruined fore by being very marked and "shop soiled" on arrival. Wasn't in an internal bag of any kind. Was time sensitive so had to lightly sponge it myself . Not very happy with recent purchases from M&S being carelessly packaged and arriving looking like rags.
