I prefer to spend a little bit more on bedding as have made the mistake in the past with cheaper options being scratchy and uncomfortable. I bought this set on an offer and its lovely and soft and a nice colour. Havent used it as yet but i have another similar that is lovely. So am looking forward to putting it on the bed
