Cooked traditionally in trays to create the perfect caramelised crust which breaks through to soft gooey brownie. Made in small batches to create the home taste and texture. Lovely Brownie & Blondie mix, especially the ones with the dried raspberries on top. They are fairly costly but nice for a treat. Buying the mini bars means if you can manage more than one you have a choice, they also stayed fresh for several days.
