The box was delivered and looked lovely. My problem was no attachment to say who it was off. I made sure I added the greetings section so they would know who it was off. Very disappointed. Won't order one again

Sent as a surprise letterbox gift but courier did not post through letterbox for some reason and goods destoyed ( not very good date on goods). After ringing M & S got them re-delivered but surprise was spoilt and again date on goods very short.
