Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

This was the first time ordering flowers from M&S and the picture of the tulips with a bottle of Prosecco looked lovely. I sent them to a family member in London who was covering from a major operation. When they sent me a picture of the flowers to say thank you I could see that the leaves had dropped down as soon as they were put in a vase which should not have happened straight away. The combination of colours were not like the picture either with a lot of yellow tulips. They ordering and delivery service was very good just the product was a bit disappointing.
