Silk Bridal Chemise

It looks so lovely on arrival. First wash reveals it will need a good iron each time. After first wear the seam joining the bust section and main section has split because there was not enough fabric to catch in the seam. Such a lot of money for such poor finish

Be warned this isn’t just ivory, the lace has a rose gold metallic thread through it which wasn’t clear in the picture. The style and fit of this is superb. The halter neck and low lacy back is gorgeous but the quality is poor. It is very very see through! You can see your knickers but not in a sexy way. The silk is very very thin and does not feel quality. The seems were also wavy. At first didn’t mind paying £70 even though it wasn’t 100% silk for the sake of it being machine washable. But in the end I though the fabric was cheap and thin feeling and it didn’t feel like an expensive treat

You don’t need to be a bride to enjoy this lovely nightdress. Nice fit, comfortable and the lace is stunning. Real quality item.

Nice little chemise/nightdress size 6 fits very well probably over price a little bit and do find it strange that the they don’t do the same item in long length in cream colour and why not have matching robes and chemise/nightdress l!!
