Yes, I recommend this
I bought a few of these for prepping work lunches and have used them for a few weeks now without problem. They are BPA free.. can be used in the microwave and are freezer and dishwasher safe. They hold a good portion size..(900ml) and come with a spork which is carried in the lid. I can definitely recommend them.
