I have worn this style of slippers for many years and they have always been comfortable and fit for purpose. What a pity it was then to receive slippers, described as Medium, which would have fitted a giant! I will not buy shoes again on line which is a problem as I am unlikely to visit shops again until or unless a vaccine is found.

Different and disappointing

I bought these slippers Nov 2019, they're so comfortable, I loved them. Unfortunately, they began wearing thin and after having them 7 months, the stuffing starting coming out the back. I ordered another pair online because I liked them so much. These were slippy and not as comfortable as the last pair, they seemed different and I returned them. Very disappointed.

I have been buying these slippers for years and this time the "large" size is enormous. The sizing must have changed without customers being informed. I have had to return them and as I bought two pairs I am very disappointed. They have fitted perfectly in the past.

Sizes getting bigger

I have bought these slippers for a number of years (At least 20 pairs) and always have size Medium with a little room to spare. I always have 4 pairs on the go! However in the past year I have had to go up to a Large as the design has got definitely got smaller. So I just bought three more size Larges and they are massive, you cannot walk in them they are so big. My husband has a size 10 and these are even bigger than his slippers! The fabric also feels more silky and more slippery which isn’t good. What’s happening regarding availability too, daily it changes, full stock or no stock. So I am returning and going back to size Medium.

I am a size 4 shoe and have had two pairs of these slippers in the past size medium which have always been a comfortable fit. As my existing slippers had seen better days I sent for another medium size pair. However on arrival as soon as I took them out of the bag I could see they were huge so had to return them. Why is it that the sizing of everything is generally on the large size.? I would recommend them but be mindful of the sizing.

Been buying this style, design and size for many years so bought another pair online as I can’t get out due to the pandemic lockdown Unfortunately I have had to return them as when I tried them on they were far too big in width and length compared to my existing medium sized pair. I feel they must have been mis-labelled. I would buy another pair but only when I can get back to the store to check them out for myself prior to purchasing.

[Employee of marksandspencer-en_gb] I normally buy large slippers ,as I'm a size 8, but they get to big and floppy so I tried the medium and they are much better. They are holding their shape and I feel much safer walking about in them. Lovely and comfy after a long day on your feet!
