If you’ve ordered two or more pieces of furniture products, we will aim for one delivery to your address – this is to minimise inconvenience and disruption to you and to help the environment with our Plan A commitment. Your estimated delivery timescale will be shown on the checkout page, before you pay. Our delivery team will deliver furniture to a room of your choice (unless specified as “delivered to your door”), providing social distancing can be maintained. On arrival, the delivery crew will unpack, position and where applicable, assemble your furniture (exclude “delivery only”). This may be subject to change due to government and local lockdowns. Some items are delivered flat packed. These flat packed pieces will need to be assembled by you. You can check this before you order under the ‘Item details’.
We are unable to deliver furniture to the Orkney Islands, internationally, some postcodes (see link) or to our stores for collection. Please allow an additional week for deliveries to Ireland.

No, I don't recommend this
I ordered the table and two benches, which arrived last week. I assembled the table and one bench. The second bench couldn't be assembled as there is a split through the centre of the wood where one of the screw holes has been milled. As a result if I tighten the screw, this will split further, and I definitely wouldn’t risk sitting on the bench. All three products have a polished 'M&S x Fired Earth' plaque applied to them. A nice touch, except on the table this had been affixed upside down. Initially I thought this was a mistake on my behalf, however the beam has a hole corresponding with the tabletop on one side only. Therefore, no iteration of the beam allows the plaque to be displayed correctly, this is therefore a manufacturing error. I

Purchased Blenheim 8 seater dinning table ex-display table. Had to dismantle on shop floor! never again! Table is fine. But Marks & Spencer's customer service is very poor these days, sent a letter to store manager, had no response. Will share collection 'tale/ farce` when we host our dinner parties, albeit not to the enhancement of Marks and Spencer's reputation I feel.
