Okay boots. Design and weight bit different from previous boots although they only lasted one winter before letting water in at the side. Will persevere with present one’s to see how long they last.🤔🤔🤔

I brought two pairs of these boots in brown & black both in a size 3. The heel on the brown boots has collapse & no longer fit for purpose, the black pair seem to be a smaller size than the brown boots, shouldn’t they both be the same size? Very disappointing, I have only had the boots for 2 months & I really expected better quality from Marks and Spencer’s
