Under French law the wine is released at 12.01 am. The 2022 Beaujolais Nouveau selected by Fred Sirieix is made from the Gamay grape, which makes a delicious, light-bodied, bright purple coloured wine, full of delicious cherry and blackberry flavours. The 2022 harvest produced lovely ripe fruit making it extra juicy this year. It’s perfect for immediate drinking and can be served very lightly chilled.
