I bought this cabin sized bag for a two-part holiday - a few days in a resort before joining a cruise and then a swap of clothes for a two day stay at the end of the cruise. Ample space and lots of zipped apartments. Great to be able to carry as backpack or wheel.

Arrived intact, not been able to use it yet. Looks a very practical case, my last M&S case lasted 24 years being used frequently, only hope this lasts as long. Only time will tell.

This case seemed good value and looked well made. You get a lot for your money. However two things made me return it. The straps that convert the bag to a backpack are of necessity bulky and so this adds more to the depth of the case. With cabin luggage every cm matters. I would never use it as a backpack so for me they were a nuisance. I thought about cutting them off but this would have invalidated the warranty. Of course if you want the backpack element then this is not a drawback. Secondly I like to get into my case quickly so I didn't like all the extra compression straps. But it's still a great value case.

Used for 3 weeks train touring in Europe and it stood up well to cobbles, steps and train journeys. Soft sides means it is "expandable" if required. Quality seems good. Did not use the "backpack straps" but they look fine.

Our daughter bought a suitcase and recommended it to us. She found that Easyjet rated it as carry-on luggage. It took us a while to find one in stock, but eventually we found one several miles away and asked for it to be brought to our closest store.

I bought this to take to navigate the bridges in Venice because of the flexibility to use as ruck sack. It's proved to be a geat choice. It's very good quality and has two sections do you can also split your contents.
