Autograph™ Lilac Shimmer Bouquet

These Autograph flowers which cost £50.00 were not value for money.They came in a box without water delivered on the 23rd Dec.By the 26 the two red roses had wilted and the silver stalks had dropped over the carpet.The Pink roses were OK after 3 days and we had to infill the vase with silver cones from another display.All in all for £50.00 they were a waste of money and far inferior to the previous flowers I purchased which have been mainly very good/excellent.DISAPPOINTED DARLING !!

Name of product Lilac Shimmer It was not Lilac it was Pink The shimmer was so dense I had to shake the flowers upside down to remove it so my house did not become covered in the mess 2 of the Rose were brown ie dead It had about half as many flowers as the one advertised. What else can I say it was rubbish

Flowers came without Christmas salutation so my relative did not know who had sent them. The water additive was also missing so longevity may be affected. Generally, my relative advised that she liked the flowers.

I have not really got the words to do justice to this bouquet - STUNNING,BEAUTIFUL,GLORIOUS,SPECTACULAR ! It was a gift for my 90 year old sister in law ,for her Christmas birthday and Christmas. Expensive ??yes ,in my terms it was - but SO WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY. I always send her one of your bouquets but this surpasses any I have sent before.It arrived last Friday for her birthday and is in it`s full glory today -Christmas Day. I am living in hope that one of my children reads this review and sends me one ! So very well done M and S - wonderful gift,beautifully packed. Happy Christmas to you all

Having read previous reviews I crossed my fingers . How right they were. A meagre flower arrangement nothing at all like the photo. Deeper coloured roses browning on arrival and overall unspectacular and for £50 an absolute joke.As a regular purchaser of flowers from M&S I am very disappointed.

The roses are deep red so absolutely nothing like the lilac in the photo. The silver pine sheds everywhere and generally very poor quality. One rose dead on arrival and the others looking very wilted. They are incredibly overpriced for what is a very small bouquet.

Wow! Another stunning bouquet. I have always pleased with M&S bouquets and the colours in this one are beautiful x

I have just received this bouquet of flowers as a christmas present from my brother who lives abroad..and obviously trusts the quality of the marks and spencer brand. I am very disappointed.. to say the least! The colour/quality of the flowers bears no resemblance to the picture on the website. I would not have brought these flowers out of a shop! They were very tired looking, brown around the edges and insipid! And the lilac roses were actually dark red! When I realised how much my brother had paid for this bouquet I was furious! I rang Marks and Spencers immediately and described the condition of the flowers. In their defence...and without hesitation, they have ordered a replacement which I should receive within the next couple of days.However, this makes me wary of sending flowers in the future..and has left me wondering if the quality of the product is checked before being sent out.

Fast delivery, outstanding quality and will definitely continue to order flowers from M and S.

Very disappointed with this bouquet as it was not received as shown. This is very unusual as I have always been delighted with M & S flowers before. The 4 lilac roses were actually dark red and there were only 3 chrysanthemums. The dark red roses clash with the other colours and totally change the look of the bouquet. As I say this is not the experience I have had previously.
