Authentic Relaxed Slim Leg Jeans

This is the third pair of these jeans I've bought as I love them. They are very comfortable to wear and, if these are the same as the previous ones, will wash well. They are a relaxed fit, which is great after the excesses of the festive season

Even though I'm 5'-10" my legs are disproportionately long so I very much appreciate sizes that come in lengths. The fabric is awesome, soft, flexible and not too thin.

Great jeans. Lovely stretch fabric makes them really comfortable. Smart and easy to wear. Love them.

The comfiest jeans I've ever had

Ordered in the grey, which are a nice change to the usual blue denim. After reading the previous reviews saying the jeans were sized big I opted for a size 12 - I'm usually a 12-14 depending on the style. They fit really well and have a fair bit of stretch in them so are lovely and comfy. I can imagine if you are blessed with nice slim legs then these will be quite loose, however, on my slightly chunkier thighs they're a good fit. Bought with a 20% off discount so a bargain!

found these too big a fit for me and were too short in leg

I am a size 16 and under 5 ft (1.5m). A size 16 was too big so dropped to a 14 which fitted tolerably. As with all my jeans I washed them before I wore them. They do not wash well ending up as big as the size 16 I rejected. The fit is awful, baggy, shapeless and they don’t hang nicely on the legs. I had such big hopes for them but my disappointment is tempered by the fact I only wasted £19.50. I would not recommend them

Thought at last you cared about me - but no - these wouldn’t go past my thighs. And they’re too short. Please please get your sizing right.

For a long pair of jeans these were incredibly short. I'm 5'9" and still they were way above my ankle!! Really not the same quality as previous jeans that I've bought from M & S. I've got jeans from M & S that dont have a huge amount of stretch (99% cotton/1% elastane) but you dont seem to offer these anymore!! Very disappointing.

Very pleased with the fit.....went for the smaller size relaxed fit and they are just right.

I already own several pairs of M&S jeans in different denim shades as well as a red pair. These go across the range and include jeggings, straight and bootcut styles. Whilst looking for a pair of black jeans a very helpful assistant suggest I try on a pair of relaxed slim jeans which was a style I had not bought before. She also told me that they were her favourite style and I should try a size smaller than my usual to get a good fit. They are brilliant! The cut and fit are excellent and a perfect length. The stretch I particularly liked as the jeans keep their shape well but are so comfortable to wear. I cannot fault them and will be buying this style from now on. I have been worried that M&S have been losing their way in fashion lately and despair at some of the clothes on offer. I began to think that the buyers had forgotten or were ignoring their customer base but the range of jeans styles and colours are tempting young people into the stores. Keep up the good work!!!

I don’t know what are M&S doing with their sizing nowadays. The relaxed slim jeans are such a bad fit- incredibly unflattering and ill-fitting and I’m not sure whom these jeans would appeal to, as I honestly think they won’t suit anyone.

I have yet to wear or wash these jeans, but on trying on they are very comfortable and a good fit. However, they were a lot shorter in the leg than anticipated considering i bought a "long" pair. with the hem turned down they are just about fine.

I looked forward to receiving these jeans, however relaxed fit translates to very baggy around the thighs with lots of excess fabric in the groin area ( more like men’s trousers) they also gape a lot at the back of the waistband. Look good from the knee down. Definitely not slim leg. As I dislike ankle grazers I ordered regular length which for me was perfect. (28inch).With the amount of stretch and the loose waistband I feel that I would be forever pulling the jeans back up, sadly returned.
