Arabella Large Arch Wall Mirror

Lovely mirror looks gorgeous in our dining room. Doesn’t seem to be wonky like other reviews state. We hung ours and it looks great.

Fab Antique Mirror gorgeous, excellent quality exactly what i wanted for over my mantle

This is the second one I ordered and the second one that arrived broken. However, I decided to keep this one and repair it myself as it was such a good price. It’s lob sided and the mirror is such cheap wobbly quality. I’m using It to style my mantle piece

I love this mirror but I am sending it back because the bottom of it is completely wonky. It won't sit straight on the mantlepiece at all and even propped up at one side still looks odd. I don't know what happened to quality control here.

Frame is far from level at the bottom, visible issue so we’re returning it

I love this mirror! I read some of the bad reviews so I was a bit nervous buying it. But after looking around, the only other mirrors that were as nice as it were out of my price range. So I just took the chance and bought it. I’m delighted I did - it stands very well on my sideboard, it looks much more expensive than it was and it arrived very quickly. I’m very happy.

Ordered 1 mirror had to return it because mouldings were wonky so reordered and same again with the second mirror, still waiting for a refund, this as been a lengthy process, no urgency with M&S and customer service was very poor when I returned the first mirror into store.

Frame out of shape, the mouldings on the bottom of the frame are not level/same Hight so could not sit mirror on fire place , had nightmare hanging it trying to getting the fixings right so it looked level

Mirror was very distorted and the bottom isn’t level (like really a LOT) as shown so mirror can’t stand (ie: on a mantle) it would need to be hung and it’s very heavy. Was disappointed and returned. Return was easy though.

Mirror arrived faulty with uneven edges meaning it hung at a slant. A bit annoying considering the weight to unpack and repackage for return.

If I could send back I would as there is glue all round the mirror holding the frame in … Looks lovely until you get up close

Unfortunately this mirror, when opened was broken, one of the feet had completely fallen off and had pierced through the original packaging. As it is made of metal it would need to be soldered on. I have contacted customer service to zero satisfaction. My initial contact was answered and I was asked to send photos and was advised that it may not be fixable and they would decide on reviewing the photos and would issue me a refund. The following day or 2 days at most I received a phone call to say it would be collected and the next day was arvice ranged for collection. I also received an email from the courier company with a label and advising it would be collected. This was 8 days ago and it has not yet been collected. I contacted customer service again and was again asked to send photos of the damaged mirror which I did and I was told again that it would be reviewed. I have not heard from them since then over a week ago. I have contacted customer service at lease 3 times and keep just getting an automated reply saying someone will contact me, however no one has. I was disappointed with the quality of the mirror but these things can happen and I understand that, however the follow up service has been nothing short of frustrating, no contact, no collection, no refund, no replies, not good enough!

Perfect Hallway mirror. Looks perfect on it wall. Very heavy so good support when mounting is necessary.
