Animal Print A-Line Midi Skirt

Bought on a whim in store. Despite being petite (5'4") and a curvy pear, I found this flattering and have had loads of compliments. Unlike some of the other reviews, I think it can be worn if you have hips. I'm 12/14 I found the 12 fitted fine as there is lots of material in the skirt and the waist isn't too tight.

Saw this online and tried on in store today.The material is really weird and bulky and the fit very unflattering.Not for anyone with hips! I looked several sizes bigger because of the pleats.

This makes a change from knee length straight skirts. Unlike the previous reviewer I really like this skirt. It hangs well and although it doesn't have a zip it has a waistband from which the pleats fall. Having quite a "tum" I thought it might be unflattering but i think it looks good.

I see that the previous reviewer had not noticed that the description has a side bar which reveals further details such as fabric etc, this happens so often that it is clearly a design fault with the site. However the fabric is a fairly thick stiff textured crimplene, cut into an awful unflattering shape with a straight back and front unpressed pleats. A pull on style that bulges out at the front and sides and pulls on the skimpy back panel. Only for the very slender which seems to rule out the majority of us.

Disappointed with skirt style and lack of fabric or texture stated in M & S picture, also no type of waist band stated, eg:any zip etc. The fall of the skirt did not represent picture sample. Returning article unfortunately.Also couild not see any suitable alternative
