Poor quality connector, awkward access for wiring

It is extremely difficult and awkward to connect the wiring to the light circuit since there is not enough room to easily feed the cables into the connector (a cheap and flimsy item). This is particularly a problem when trying to fit two cables into the Earth, Neutral and Live connections as is required for a 2-way light switch. I will have hire an electrician to connect these up as it beyond my capability as a DIY job.

I bought two of the grey ceiling lights recently, and both have been sent faulty. One doesn't sit neatly on the ceiling rose due to the glass shade being uneven, and the other one has a blue colour to it when switched on. Pretty disappointed .
