Bought these hats for husband to replace100% cotton ones which are no longer available. He wears them most days as the wide brim shields his eyes from the sun when playing golf. He will be weading them in hotter climates so not sure how comfortable the synthetic fabric will be. Hopefully not too sweat making as M&S doesn’t appear to have natural fibres any more. Will be answering this review as my husband, not me, as he is the person who will be wearing the hats.Husband says so far so good!

My husband loves this hat. It is very light and comfortable. Although the photo/description does not show/mention this, the hat can fastened under the chin with loop and toggle.

The description of the hat was matched by the actuality. It fits perfectly (and I have a large head) and feels comfortable. The UV protection is a stand-out feature but, most of all, the all around protection is fantastic. I hadn't expected coverage of the entire back of my neck; it achieves that with no effort. Highly recommended.

This is exactly what my husband needed. A great hat for making sure the tops of ears are protected from the sun. It’s light weight and will fold to pack without damage. A particular bonus is the removable strap. We regularly holiday in a windy location which makes wearing hats difficult. This hat means that will no longer be a problem.
