This is my first Circulon pan and it is great. It’s bigger than my old go to pan which isn’t a problem. It heats up very quickly and the cooking temperature is easy to control. I tend not use metal utensils when cooking and I’m reluctant to use an electric drill on it to test how scratch resistant it is. Hopefully it’ll last me years of faithful service.

As Circulon request a review very soon after purchase, it's impossible to comment on the longevity or or durability of the items. However on initial use, they appear well made, robust and certainly the non-stick element is very effective. We haven't tried to deliberately scratch them, so after a couple of uses, can't say if Scratch Defense lives up to the marketing hype. But we're very pleased with them; they are great to cook with.

Not quite as good as advertised. Works better than the old type butbstill sticks and stains. The sizes are good and would be good if you cook at low temperatures and slow cooking. Not sure its great at very high temperatures like searing steaks and onions
