I love everything about this skirt, the fabric, the fit, the length, the colour. I'm 5ft 9ins and ordered size 8 which Is simply perfect in every way. Just love it! It is versatile and can be worn dressed up with a sparkly top and metallic or velvet shoes. Equally it looks good dressed down with a sweater, denim jacket or biker jacket & ankle boots. A truly good buy!

This skirt is attractive and a good fit with an elasticated waistband, easy to wear, but because it has a full skirt I had to go down a size otherwise it made me look too hippy (because of the full skirt which is feminine). However it is very long and comes down to my ankles which is great for a maxi skirt - I'm 5'3". As I'm going to wear it on a cruise I'm happy for it to be this length.

I do not normally wear skirts but liked the look of this one and the reviews were good - it is a light charcoal colour and the netting is very feminine and comes mid calf - the elastic waist makes it comfy I just haven't got a top to wear with it yet - very pleased with the purchase and would recommend it

Not very impressed with this skirt. The underneath skirt was a tad too short and the over layer was on the floor. Wanted it for a night out with the girls but would have been a laughing stock. No shoes or boots seem to go, so it had to go back. What is happening to M&S quality and design for the older women who wants to be up to date and smart but not mutton dressed as lamb.

Couldn't resist trying this skirt on as I'd been looking at similar (but much more expensive) ones for a while. I love everything about it. As it's a good neutral grey, it can be worn with nearly any colour and although it's lacy it can be dressed up or down. So far I've worn it with a fairly chunky Christmas jumper and felt festive but not overdressed. The length on me is down to my ankle - I'm around 5' 4". I like the contrasting length of the lining and also that it doesn't ride up. The elasticated waist is very forgiving particularly at this time of year!

I struggle with dresses due to being busty so I'm always on the lookout for dressy alternatives. I ordered this skirt half expecting not to like it based on the negative reviews but I love it! It's really pretty on and looks great with black. Can be worn with high shoes or flats, I wear mine with high shoe/boots. The short lining for me gives it a modern twist and is surely a design feature of the skirt to show off the lace pattern on the lower part of the skirt. Very nice.

I couldn't wait for this order to arrive, and I'm not disappointed. I am a Pear shape and ordered the size 20, I am an 18/20 depending on what I'm buying. The waist, being elasticated means it fits well, with room to spare, which allows you to tuck things in and not feel too uncomfortable, and then flows over the hips. I could've got a size 18 which would've been a snugger fit on the waist, but I'm not sure it would've been a good fit on the hips, and could possibly have pulled (not a good look, nor comfortable). The colour (Charcoal) is spot on and makes a change from Black. Saying that, if this skirt was available in Black and a deep Navy, I would buy them. The lining is a bit short, but it's not a deal breaker for me because the outer skirt flows so nicely.

This is a nice, swishy lace skirt, in a color that makes a nice change from black, while still looking great with brighter colors (or black). The length is 33in, which suits my 5ft 3in height well. Personally, I thought the waistband was rather clunky-looking, and let the overall design down, so will wear this with a wide black patent belt.
