The actual lamp is lovely and exactly what we wanted and a 5 star item. The reduced stars is purely for delivery. Having paid extra for specified date of delivery this was delivered on an entirely different date - total waste of time paying the extra money.

Elegant and simple, just right for a dining area. Only did you give it 5 stars as I think a clear flex would really have made a difference, but I decided to keep it as it’s the perfect size. A good price , delivered a day early and very easy to assemble. Would recommend.
